We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (ideally based in Lahore or willing to relocate) to lead and oversee website, plugin, and API development projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires taking full ownership of project planning, execution, team coordination, and client communication to ensure successful and timely outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment. You should have a solid understanding of project management principles, development workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of website, plugin, and API development projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and sprint structures.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide Daily updates, and address concerns.
- Track project progress using tools such as Asana, Jira, Slack, and Clockify.
- Conduct sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and deliverable reviews.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies—proactively propose solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation, requirements, and technical details remain accurate and updated.
- Monitor workload, productivity, and performance across the team to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain alignment between business goals, client expectations, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within software or digital product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and development lifecycles (no coding required).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to decision-making.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
