Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (ideally based in Lahore or willing to relocate) to lead our social media strategy, content planning, and online brand presence across all major platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding that supports overall business goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of social trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with design, content writers, and marketing teams.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with brand identity.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform activities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphics, videos, and promotional content.
  • Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and improve content based on insights.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when needed.
  • Stay updated with social trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, quality, and messaging across all social channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest new strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content calendars, managing social accounts, and analyzing insights.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Basic understanding of design and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, or digital marketing strategies is a plus.
