Human Resource Intern

We’re looking for an Human Resource Intern (ideally based in Lahore or willing to relocate) to support our Human Resources department in daily operations, recruitment tasks, employee coordination, and administrative activities. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in starting a career in HR and People Management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and good at communication and team coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with teams regarding HR policies, updates, and routine communication.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support in managing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
  • Assist the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or current student pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
