We are searching for a Business Development Executive to join our Team. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and nurturing existing client relationships.


  • Market Research and Analysis, Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes also analyze data to develop insights and strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting, Utilize various channels such as networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our products or services and address client requirements. Present proposals to clients in a clear, persuasive manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Drive the contract negotiation process, working closely with legal and finance teams to finalize deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with other companies or organizations to enhance our market presence and capabilities. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to maximize value for all parties involved.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to business development activities, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business development. Proactively seek feedback and incorporate learnings to refine strategies and improve performance over time.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6months to 1year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the Tech Industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable insights, and formulate effective business development strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively also Proficiency in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and other business development activities.
  • Certifications or additional training in sales, business development, or related areas are advantageous.
