As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive development and maintenance of both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications and websites. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working alongside designers, front-end developers, and other professionals to deliver top-notch solutions that align with our clients’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of web applications and websites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code utilizing languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Customize and extend themes and plugins to meet specific project needs, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services to enhance website functionality, including payment gateways, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Implement and optimize database structures, queries, and caching mechanisms to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to website functionality, performance, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate project timelines, and provide technical expertise during project planning and execution.
• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold high coding standards and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer with a robust understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in developing custom themes and plugins, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as CSS frameworks, JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue.js), and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and website security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
