We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Full-stack MERN/MEAN Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full-stack MERN/MEAN Developer, your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of both the front-end and back-end aspects of MERN/MEAN stack applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to deliver top-notch solutions that align with our clients’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of MERN/MEAN stack applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (for MERN), or Angular.js (for MEAN), HTML, and CSS.
• Customize and extend MERN/MEAN stack applications to meet specific project requirements, incorporating best practices and adhering to coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services to enhance application functionality, such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Implement and optimize database structures, queries, and caching mechanisms to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to application functionality, performance, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MERN/MEAN stack updates, trends, and emerging technologies, and proactively propose innovative solutions to improve application functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate project timelines, and provide technical expertise during project planning and execution.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Full-stack MERN/MEAN Developer, with a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (for MERN), or Angular.js (for MEAN), HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in developing custom MERN/MEAN stack applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as CSS frameworks, JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue.js), and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and application security principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
