We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (ideally based in Lahore or willing to relocate) to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital products. This role involves transforming ideas and client requirements into visually appealing designs while ensuring a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating business needs into functional and intuitive designs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent branding and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research, personas, and usability testing to improve UX.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Apply UI/UX best practices and human-centered design principles.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
